Meet Jennifer
She/Her | Owner of Leads Pet Care
Jennifer is a Kansas native that does all things animals and describes herself as a "momprenuer." She has B.S. in Animal Science from K-State and has spent her years working in veterinary clinics and dog boarding facilities. She lives outside of Manhattan on her family's hobby farm with dogs, cats, goats, and different equine varieties. She purchased Manhattan Mutt Company in 2019 and rebranded to Leads Pet Care in 2022.
Leads was chosen to be more inclusive to all the company's pet friends. The new logo represents Jennifer's extreme love for pitbulls and rottweilers, which began with her late dog AJ and continues to this day with two of her current dogs, Dakota and Clarabelle.
MiKaela is from Southwest Kansas where she grew up with many pets, ranging from fish to dogs and cats. She joined the team in 2019 and in 2021 she quit her job in health care to join the team full time. She has cats and dogs of her own and enjoys our client's horses and donkeys the most.

Aubrey grew up in southwest and landed in Manhattan for school. All through college she work for us walking dogs and visiting with kitties. Since graduating she now works full as a front office coordinator and continues to work part time with us. She lives at home with her military husband, 1 dog, and 1 cat.

Jenna grew up in Missouri on an alpaca farm. She works part time for Leads and in a lab and is attending K-State with plans of veterinary school. She lives here in MHK with one kitty cat, Dino Nugget.
